From raw material incoming inspection, every steel plate, casting, wear-resistant spare part, motor and electrical component undergoes dimensional measurement, material composition testing and performance screening before entering production. During semi-finished machining and welding procedures, our professional QC team conducts real-time sampling inspection to check welding uniformity, machining precision and assembly fit tolerance, eliminating hidden structural risks in advance.
Once equipment assembly is completed, we simulate real production working conditions to verify wheel blaster stability, abrasive circulation system sealing, dust removal efficiency, safety interlock system and electrical control reliability.
Before delivery, a comprehensive final inspection is carried out covering appearance finish, safety protection devices, labeling compliance with CE standards and complete accessory checklist. Only products that pass all inspection items can be marked with qualified certification and arranged for shipment.
