Then the steel shot after shot blasting will fall into the screw conveyor and transport to the bucket elevator. The elevator will take the steel shot to the separator. The separator also one of the important part in shot blasting machine. Only the separator fully separates the steel shot can the service life of the shot blasting machine be guaranteed. For this reason, we have specially made three-stage separation, which fully guarantees the recycling of the steel shot. This roller conveyor shot blasting equipment adopts to 3-level dust collect, first use the settling box separates the largest particles from the air, and performs coarse filtration through the cyclone dust collector. And the last is the filter cartridge. So that the dust collector filter effect can up to 99.5%. After cleaning, the workpiece will transport from outlet roller conveyor at a constant speed.
