Rotary table shot blasting machine is mainly for the surface of small and medium-size workpieces shot blasting machine, like as engine connecting rod, gear, disc spring, etc.
The whole table type shot blasting machine is composed by blasting chamber, rotary table mechanism, drive system, abrasive cleaner, elevator, abrasive dosing unit, blasting turbines, dust collector, etc. The blast turbines are positioned at the top of the blasting chamber or the have an angle with the top side of the blasting chamber, the blasting turbines quantity' layout is very different according to different shaped and sized object items.
The abrasive scraper' rotation will collect the abrasive mixture into the bucket elevator via the drive system, and then through the abrasive mixture cleaner, the cleaned abrasive will flow into the hopper for the next cycle. The big particles of the abrasive mixture will get into the contaminated bin, and the fine dust will get into the dust collector system.
The rotary table mechanism was driven by cycloidal-pin gearbox and friction wheel, which is via a clutch mechanism to get the rotary table to rotate stably.
