This time we offer our potential customer some highlights from our production, where we currently build forth blasting and painting machine for Malaysian buyer. It is a combination of roller conveyor shot blasting machine, auto primer coat, and heating drying system. This production line mainly for processing the various H beams in a wide range.
This blasting and painting production line with 8*18.5kw blasting turbines, 4 painting nozzles and 8 meters heating drying tunnel, most of the preservation drying tunnel longer than this, but the cause of the special weather average temperature plus or minus 30℃ all year, so we take into this into consideration during the design of this whole production line so shorten the drying tunnel into 8 meters.
This blasting and painting production line with two units blower and brush system, cause this customer mainly process the H beams, some column beams wast thickness is more than 50mm, so we have to take this into consideration during the design of the whole preservation line.
During the whole design of this blasting and painting machine, we also have to take the customer shop layout, loading and unloading position, existing available handling equipment into consideration, and the possibility of expanding production, to optimize the whole work process.
