Brief Introduction to Shot Blaster for Concrete

The concrete shot blasting machine mainly solves the defects of the concrete surface treatment. It can clean the scum and impurities on the surface of the concrete at one time, and can roughen the surface of the concrete to make the surface uniform and rough. The adhesion strength of the waterproof layer and the concrete base is greatly improved, so that the waterproof layer and the bridge deck can be better combined. At the same time, it can fully expose the cracks of the concrete and play a preventive role. The centrifugal shot blasting machine is used to deal with the bridge surface with an efficient, clean and dust-free method for impurities with hard surfaces. This method is most commonly used. There is an impeller that can rotate at high speed inside the shot blasting equipment. Abrasives, dust and impurities are cleaned to the debris recycling machine, and the cleaned steel shots can be recycled again. The surface of the concrete processed by the shot blasting machine is clean and hard, and has a relatively uniform texture. This method is particularly suitable on unobstructed horizontal surfaces.


The shot blaster for concrete uses a motor-driven shot blasting wheel to generate centrifugal force and wind force during high-speed rotation. When a projectile with a certain particle size flows into the pill tube (which can control the flow rate of the projectile), it is accelerated into the high-speed rotating pelletizing wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, the projectile is thrown into the directional sleeve from the window of the pill wheel, and then thrown out through the window of the directional sleeve (to control the direction of the shot of the pellet), and is picked up by the blades rotating at high speed. Then the projectile continues to accelerate along the length of the blade until it is thrown. The projected projectile forms a certain fan-shaped stream, which impacts the working plane and plays a cleaning and strengthening role. Then the projectile, dust, and impurities pass through the rebound chamber to the top of the storage hopper. The high-power dust collector separates the pellets and dust through the separation device above the storage hopper. The pellets enter the storage hopper and continue to be recycled, and the dust enters the dust collector through the connecting pipe. When the dust enters the dust collector, it is separated by the filter cartridge and stays in the ash storage hopper and the surface of the filter cartridge. The automatic blowback dust collector can automatically clean each filter cartridge by the blowback air provided by the compressor. Finally, the inside of the machine is cleaned by the airflow of the matching vacuum cleaner, and the pellets and the cleaned impurities are separately recovered, and the pellets can be reused. The shot blasting machine is equipped with a dust collector, which can achieve dust-free and pollution-free construction. This both improves efficiency and protects the environment.
