Introduction to the Dust Removal System of the Sand Blasting Room

The dust removal system consists of dust collecting and dust exhausting ducts, the dust suction inlets on the bottom and on the sides, modular filter cartridge dust collectors, dust exhausting fans, dust exhausting chimneys and some other components. The working principle of the dust removal system:

In the sand blasting room, our dust removal system adopts the cyclic dust suction treatment method of upper inlet air, lower and side exhaust (see the working principle diagram of the room). When the clean air enters the sand blasting room from the top of the room, and the dust removal fan will suck the polluted and turbid gas in the room into the dust collector through various suction ports for collection and treatment. Since the dust recovery inlets of the environmentally-friendly air-recycling sand blasting room are all arranged under the honeycomb sand absorbing floor and on the side wall of the room, the dust is always moved from top to bottom by the air flow, and the dust has been suppressed in the lower part of the sand blasting room, so the dust concentration in the sand blasting room above 0.5 meters is very low, the visibility is very high, and the working environment is good.

When the sand recovery fan collects the sand and dust from the honeycomb floor and enters the sand separator for sand separation, it also sucks a part of the unused dust into the filter to remove and collect the dust, and the clean air is discharged to the outside. The dust exhausting pipes of the two dust exhausting fans can be combined as required, and finally, enter the exhausting chimney to meet the emission standards.

However, due to structural reasons for the traditional sandblasting room, the dust removal port is usually arranged on the top of the blasting room. The dust flow direction is from bottom to top or horizontal. Therefore, the dust content in the blasting room is always very high during blasting operations, and the visibility is low, and the working environment is harsh.
