According to the size of the Steel bar, our engineer team design the opening size with Ф150 with three blast turbines, the power of each turbine is 15 KW. In order to improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs, this machine with automatic loading and unloading system.
QINGGONG Machinery manufactures shot blasting equipment for the descaling of wire rolls and round, hexagonal or square bars with continuous or batch passage for the steel industry.
Continuous shot blasting equipment is designed to strip wires, bars, rods, or billets at high passing speeds (250 m / minute).
Discontinuous wire shot blasting machines strip rolls of up to 3000 kg of unit weight at a time, in times that vary between 7 and 20 minutes of process, depending on the diameters of the wire to be treated. Equipment can have one or two loading doors. Those with two doors have the advantage of having less downtime since when a roll of wire is inside the equipment being blasting, a second roll may be loading through the other door.
The drive of the abrasive is carried out by centrifugal turbines, depending on the size of the material to be shot blasting or the required working speed, the number of turbines that each equipment has varies. The material of impeller is 40CrMnMo, the material of blade is high chrome wear-resistant casting iron, the hardness can reach HRC60-65.
