Qinggong is currently equipped with 6 experienced professional installation engineers who have extensive experience in overseas project execution. They are familiar with installation standards and construction environments in different countries and working conditions, enabling them to efficiently handle various on-site technical issues, ensure smooth commissioning, and lay a solid foundation for long-term operation.
On-site installation: Professional engineers arrive at the project site to complete equipment positioning, assembly, piping layout, installation, and leveling;
Commissioning: Conduct no-load trial runs, load testing, and parameter adjustment to ensure cleaning performance, noise level, and dust removal meet required standards;
Practical training: Provide on-site operators with guidance on safety regulations, daily start-up procedures, basic inspection routines, and simple consumable replacement;
Final acceptance: Support the client in completing the acceptance process after successful trial production and performance verification.
Machine Installation Period
Installation period starts from the day our engineers depart from Qingdao and ends when they return to Qingdao. It includes travel time, on-site assembly, wiring, steel shot loading, test run, and on-site training.
