How is the Surface Processing of Shot Blasting Machine Handled?

The workpiece is placed on the conveyor roller by the through-type shot blasting machine, and it is transported forward by the roller conveyor system. The shot blasting machine begins working in sequence as soon as the workpiece enters the cleaning room. So, how does the through-type shot blasting machine's surface processing work? When the shot blasting machine is in use, it is critical to pay attention to the changes that occur before and after the machine is turned on. Pay attention to some details in your daily life, particularly at work—every movement of the pill machine. So, what issues should be addressed during the shot blasting machine switch cleaning process?

 

Ⅰ. How to deal with the surface processing of the through-type shot blasting machine?


1. Surface strengthening technology for cutting tools and through-type shot blasting machine cutting tools. Currently, after heat treatment, only this and that shot blasting treatment provides the fatigue strength of the workpiece, removes the heat treatment oxide layer, obtains the complete result of the decorative shot blasting surface, and strengthens the metal components and cutting tools for drills, taps, formed milling cutters, hobs, and so on. The primary goal is to increase the projectile's hardness.


2. A through-type shot blasting machine to improve the roughness of shot blasting on metal surfaces. To improve the surface roughness of the narrow and fine grooves of the workpiece, grinding is often not improved due to the sharpness of the shape of the grinding wheel. Good surface roughness.


3. The pass-through shot blasting machine is used to achieve a certain level of roughness on the metal surface. There are specific special requirements for the surface of some thin plates in the steel production process. The metal must have a certain roughness to increase adhesion in order to facilitate the combination of the two layers and the base metal. Some large ceramic products are produced in small batches in the case of small batch production. Shot blasting is also used to achieve a matte surface by roughening the metal surface.


Ⅱ. What problems should be paid attention to during the cleaning process of the shot blasting machine switch?


The operation of the shot blasting machine necessitates the use of personnel who are familiar with the equipment. It is also necessary to train the staff on a regular basis to familiarize them with the performance and characteristics of the shot blasting machine so that they can deal with any emergencies that may arise. The operation and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the operation manual. If maintenance is required, turn off the power supply that should be turned off. To avoid unnecessary and dangerous accidents, do not start the machine prematurely.


1. Check the anchor nuts of the chamber body on a regular basis and tighten them as needed.


2. Frequently check whether the belt of the hoist is too loose or skewed. If any abnormality is found, it should be adjusted and tightened in time.


3. Check the screw conveyor frequently. When the diameter of the blade wears out 20mm, it should be replaced.


4. Frequently check the wear of the indoor cleaning guard plate. If the wear plate and manganese steel plate of the shot blasting machine are found to be worn or broken, they should be replaced in time.


5. Inspect the shot blasting machine blades, blasting wheel, and directional sleeve for wear on a regular basis. When the blade thickness is evenly worn by two-thirds, the width of the blasting wheel window is averagely worn by half, and the abrasion width of the directional sleeve window is increased by 15 mm. Both should be swapped out.


6. Check and clean the debris on the pill-sand separator's sieve on a regular basis. When the sieve becomes worn, it should be replaced as soon as possible.


7. Add or replace lubricants on a regular basis in accordance with the lubrication system.


8. Frequently check and clean the wear of the indoor guard plate. If the rubber plate of the wear-resistant hard plate is found to be worn or broken, it should be replaced in time.


9. Frequently clean the projectiles scattered around the equipment to prevent the operator from slipping and injury


10. When operating the equipment, the operator should wear work clothes and glasses to prevent splashing metal abrasives from hitting the eyes and causing damage to themselves. During the operation of the equipment, observe whether the equipment has abnormal noises and whether there is heat in various parts of the operation. If an accident occurs during the process, you should immediately press "Emergency Stop" to stop the equipment and find the appropriate professionals to troubleshoot the equipment.
