The image shows a wire-belt shot blasting machine ordered by a European client for cleaning stainless steel stamping parts. The equipment has an opening measuring 2700mm wide by 500mm high, with an estimated daily output of around 5,000 units.
The shot blasting machine is an automatic equipment which can clean, strengthen or deburring the surface of workpiece by shooting shot. It is mainly used in the mass production of hardware, auto parts and stamping parts. The working principle of the machine is based on four core links: "workpiece conveying, shot blasting, surface treatment and shot recovery".
Qinggong Machinery maintains a rigorous and responsible approach, ensuring meticulous control over all raw materials. The mesh belt is specially crafted from high-temperature resistant manganese steel, offering unparalleled performance in the following aspects:
1. High impact toughness and resistance to "impact deformation"
Manganese steel rapidly develops a work-hardened layer (hardness increases from HB200 to over HB500) when subjected to intense impacts, such as high-speed shot from shot blasting machines or ore crushing in mining operations. The core remains tough, effectively resisting mesh breakage or permanent deformation caused by impact. For instance, in mesh belt shot blasting systems, manganese steel mesh belts can endure high-frequency impacts from steel shot (60-80 m/s) for extended periods, with a service life 3-5 times longer than conventional carbon steel mesh belts.

2. Excellent wear resistance, anti-friction loss
The work hardening property also gives it excellent wear resistance, with a friction coefficient far lower than that of carbon steel and stainless steel. In material handling scenarios (such as conveying sand, gravel, or metal workpieces), the wear rate of manganese steel mesh is only 1/4 to 1/3 of that of ordinary low-carbon steel mesh, making it particularly suitable for continuous automated production lines (e.g., automotive parts conveyor lines).
3. High strength bearing and anti-tension fracture
Manganese steel exhibits a tensile strength of 800-1000MPa and a yield strength of approximately 350MPa. For the same thickness, its mesh demonstrates 20%-30% higher load-bearing capacity than stainless steel meshes (e.g., 304). Taking a 1m-wide mesh as an example, it can safely support 100-200kg of workpiece weight per meter, with minimal risk of mesh deformation or wire stretching fractures during prolonged operation.

Qinggong Machinery has always maintained a rigorous and meticulous approach to every piece of equipment, regarding quality control as the cornerstone of corporate development. In the manufacturing process, they meticulously address every detail, striving for perfection in every aspect.
For the critical pressure roller of the mesh belt, Qinggong Machinery conducted extensive research and comparative analysis before ultimately selecting a larger-diameter adhesive-coating roller. Compared to conventional pressure rollers, this upgraded design demonstrates superior performance. The increased diameter expands the contact area with the mesh belt, while the adhesive-coating process further enhances friction. This configuration not only ensures operational stability and reliability of the mesh belt but also significantly improves equipment efficiency, providing a solid foundation for smooth production processes.
