Continuous rocker barrel shot blasting machine also called continuous shot blast cleaning machine or continuous shot blasting machine, which can blast casting workpiece, forging, and other small workpirce.
For situations demanding an automatic, high rate and efficient production line without an operator, the Continuous Barrel Machine represents an optimal solution that is reliable and cost-effective. With output rates ranging from a few tons to 25 tons or more per hour, the TR Barrel Blast Machine works continuously, with specific programs to adjust automatically all process parameters (including abrasive flow, passage speed, etc) depending on the needs of the line or of the pieces themselves.
The continuous barrel machine includes an efficient loading and unloading vibrating conveyor, and is often used in heavy-duty foundry conditions with castings requiring the equipment to carry sand and flashes from the shakeout on three shifts.
